These terms govern your use of The Shed's website and platform ("SHED OS"), operated by Cognizant Schools & Ventures Ltd. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

Bookings for desks, meeting rooms, the podcast studio, trainer sessions, shelves and fashion racks are confirmed once payment is verified. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us directly.

Your profile and public information

If you make your profile public, other members and visitors can see the information you choose to include. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post, including any claims about your skills, businesses, or achievements.

Community conduct

The Shed exists to connect builders with real opportunities. We expect members to engage honestly and respectfully. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform, misrepresent themselves, or harm other members.

SHED IQ and recommendations

Where The Shed provides recommendations (mentors, opportunities, collaborators, and similar), these are suggestions based on available evidence, not guarantees of outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms as The Shed grows. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
